Chinese Corporation wants to invest in Wind Farm “Ivovik”

wind farmsChinese corporation “Guodian” is interested in investing in wind farm “Ivovik”. Regard this, representative of this corporation Gao Song and the Project Director in the company “Ivovik” from Sarajevo Ekrem Nanic, talked with representatives of the Municipality of Livno.

On the basis of previous designs, in WF “Ivovik” are foreseen 42 turbines of 2 MW, of which two thirds are in the area of Tomislavgrad, and one-third on the area of the Municipality of Livno.

Potential investors from China were interested in the practical things regarding the legislation, the number of years in which the concession is issued, market, import of equipment and overall potential of the area of Hercegbosanski Canton (HBC-Canton 10).

Complete information on the natural resources of the Canton, as well as on investment opportunities in the region was provided by the Prime Minister of Hercegbosanski Canton (HBC-Canton 10), Drasko Dalic. Dalic also emphasized great openness for investment in Hercegbosanski Canton (HBC-Canton 10) and promised to help to interested investors in all domains.

Project Manager of “Ivovik” Ekrem Nanic will submit complete documentation to representatives of Chinese corporation “Guodian”. In the next 10 days, the Chinese corporation should have the opinion regarding the project on WF Ivovik, as concluded at the meeting held at the Government of Hercegbosanski Canton (HBC-Canton 10).
