pasos-bih11An agreement was signed by the government of the Russian Federation and the B&H Council of Ministers on reciprocal travel of citizens of Russia and B&H, which was signed on 31 May 2013 and will enter into force on 20 October.

Holders of passports will be able to stay for 30 days without a visa within the total period of 60 days, counting from the date of entry. The visa-free 90 days will remain in force for diplomats and officials. Employees of diplomatic and consular missions, and international organizations, as well as members of their families can enjoy visa-free travel during their entire mandate. The second category of citizens, including people seeking work, will have to acquire a visa.
