The City of Sarajevo has joined the # Light4U project, providing support to anyone fighting the coronavirus pandemic, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

Namely, the City of Budapest has launched an initiative in which cities, together with hotels, organize lights to form the message 4U (For You) as an act of solidarity with citizens and cities across Europe and around the world while virus protection measures are in place.

Sarajevo, too, is one of the cities that responded to this call, and 4U message lights were lit at the Ibis Styles, Swissotel and Hills hotels on Sunday evening. Hotels and the tourism sector are particularly affected by the crisis and thus send an important message of solidarity to the public, especially in the aftermath of the crisis, Sarajevo Mayor Abdulah Skaka said.
