Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and member of the Institute for Geopolitics, Economics and Security (IGES) Razim Čolić thanks the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its highest officials for the support they provide to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
He says that this support is particularly important in the sensitive political moment that BiH is currently in.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always been among BiH’s best friends,” Čolić emphasizes.
He adds that this fact is also important because the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a close and strategically important partner of the United States of America, which helped Bosnia and Herzegovina stop the aggression, restore security and the institutions of the system in the period after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
According to Čolić, all activities have been undertaken to suppress the latest blow to the peace and security of BiH.
“The citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina should know that our friends in the world, both from the east and the west, will stand by BiH and will not allow its sovereignty and territorial integrity to be threatened. It is the job of all of us to tie those strings together and stop the attack on our country by those who threaten peace, not only in BiH, but also on the European continent,” he said.
