The Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK) of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched a public consultation on the draft termination rates for calls to individual public telephone networks at a fixed location (wholesale level) and the draft analysis of the retail market for the distribution of audiovisual media services.
The public consultation on the termination rates defines the relevant market, determines the operators with significant market power (SMP) and prescribes regulatory obligations. The draft analysis of the audiovisual media market is designed to provide conditions for encouraging further development of competition. The public consultation lasts until 28 May.
