Zeraa Agriculture Investment Ltd. Sarajevo, a subsidiary of an investment company from Dubai in BiH, which took majority stake (95%) in Hepok from Mostar last year, now wants to take full ownership of this company by taking stocks from minor shareholders.
A few days ago, bidder filed a request to Registry of securities of the FBiH for implementation of procedure of transferring the shares from minor shareholders. Fee for the process of transferring shares of minor shareholders is 2.60 BAM per share. Interested minor shareholders of Hepok can submit necessary data to the Registry of securities.
To recall, Zeraa Agriculture Investment now has 2,273,739 shares that are accounting for 95.5866% of these shares in their possession. The share capital of the company is 2,378,721 regular shares, whose nominal value amounts to 10.80 BAM.

To recall, the sale of majority of stakes (95%) in Hepok took place over Sarajevo Stock Exchange, when former major shareholders, companies Amko Komerc from Sarajevo and Vino Zupa from Serbia sold their shares, 69.2% and 25.5% respectively, of this combine from Herzegovina last year.
Last year, Zeraa Agriculture Investment, besides Hepok, also purchased factory for food processing “Bosnaplod” in Brcko for 6 million BAM.
