kadric xellaThe company Xella BH Ltd. was founded back in 2008 when it became the majority owner of the company Siporex Ltd. from Tuzla. Until today, they invested around 70 million BAM in its production facilities and became the leading producers of the highest quality construction materials in the market of BiH and abroad.

The Foreign Investment Promotion Agency declared them as the largest individual investor in BiH already in 2009.

Emir Kadric, CEO of Xella BH said that the company is recording constant growth in both sales and exports.

“We are happy to have one of the most modern factories within the Xella Group and our results confirm this on a daily basis. We have created a large recognizable brand through YTONG because we are producing YTONG building system. This means that we produce all construction elements that are necessary for the construction of a building of high quality in our production system,” said Kadric.

The company has sales network throughout BiH. They are part of an international group Xella International that is based in Germany, and thus the entire sale is organized in accordance with the Western system.

They added that the quality control of products is checked on a daily basis by internal controls and periodic certification by leading Institute for testing the quality of products in our country and abroad.

This company is present in the construction of all major construction projects in our country.

“We are actively working on several projects in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, and Tuzla at the moment. As it is always the case in this business, many things depend on each other and due to this, some projects are not going as originally planned, but new markets are opening as well, and they are not allowing us to stand still in our work,” concluded Emir Kadric, CEO of Xella BH.
