Ministry of Justice of B&H issued again yesterday a call for construction companies for building a state prison in East Sarajevo.
Under the terms of tender, the most expensive offer can be 65.5 million BAM (28 million euros and 17 % VAT). The deadline for the construction of this building on 23.000 square meters is two years. This means that due to the tender procedures, the construction works might start by the middle of next year and will end by 2016.
The last tender was canceled because the Board of Directors of the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and other measures of B&H at the session on 31 October concluded that all the offers were out of the budget framework of the tender.
