The Municipality of Čelinac has published a competition for scholarships to High school students and University students in 2013. The Municipality of Čelinac has prepared the budget for 75 scholarships. The total amount from the budget for scholarships is 75.000 BAM.
The competition will be open till the 25th January and it is published on the official web site of the Municipality of Čelinac and in the Čelinac newspaper.
