The company “Herc Invest” started with the construction of a luxurious residential and business complex Centar in Trebinje, which should be consisted of seven buildings.
What is special about this complex and what makes it different from similar projects in BiH is the fact that it will have pools on the roof.
“It is planned for this complex to include a total of seven buildings, and only two buildings (Object 2 and Object 4) will be built in the first phase. When it comes to other objects, their construction should start after the completion of these two,” said Milica Oro from Herc Invest.
The aforementioned two buildings will have a total of 145 apartments, and they will be available in different sizes, from studio apartments to three-bedroom apartments.
Pools of about 136 cubic meters, 15 meters long and 6 meters wide, will be placed at the top of the building, and green areas, playgrounds and similar content is planned between.
Prices will depend on the side that the apartment is facing. They range from 1,800 BAM to 2,200 BAM, and these prices will come into effect after the completion of the construction. Until then, there are discounts of 3 % until November 1, and 1.5 % until the end of works, which is scheduled for June 15, 2019.
“There is a great interest because it is the last location in the central part of the town. Both domestic and people outside Trebinje are interested in purchase because of the beauty of this real estate,” said Oro.
