Music Academy in Sarajevo will start the new year will a concert of great significance.
Students and soloists will again go out of the usual concert venues and will provide spiritual contemporary music that the audience did not have a chance to listen to so far on 8 January, at the church St. Ante on Bistrik. This facility with its architecture, acoustics and significance will make this concert a special event.
String orchestra consisting of the best students will be accompanied by soloists and extraordinary artists Mersiha Teskeredžić, Belma Šarančić and Belma Alić, who manages this orchestra.
Mersiha Teskeredžić is a young violinist from Zenica, graduated from Music Academy in Sarajevo and Istanbul and currently lives in Brussels and performs at European theaters. She will offer to the audience a concert with violin and orchestra “Daleka svjetlost” of Peteris Vasks.
Young assistant professors of Music Academy in Sarajevo Belma Šarančić and Belma Alić will perform B&H premiere art pieces of Sofia Gubaiduline of 1931. “Sieben Worte”.
