Conference: Global Crisis and Countries in Transition

international university of sarajevoFaculty of Management and Public Administration (FBA) of International University of Sarajevo, is organizing the first international conference on “Global Crisis and countries in transition” at the IUS, from 19th to 20th June 2014th year. The opening ceremony of the Conference will be held on 19th June 2014, beginning at 09:30 o’clock.

 

The aim of this conference is to bring together the international and local academics, researchers and professionals to discuss ideas and research on the global economic crisis, economic growth, social impact of the crisis and the challenges faced by countries in transition. In addition, the social protection, health care reform, and labor market will be discussed as well. The conference will be implemented in the organization of the London School of Economics and Research Network (LSEEE) with the financial support of the Regional Centre for Co-operation Council (RCC).

 

Speakers at the conference include:

– Dr. Barton A. Smith, University of Houston

– Dr. William Bartlett, London School of Economic
