According to the orders of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, the investigators of the MoI of the Sarajevo Canton, under the supervision of the acting prosecutors, exempt the documentation from GRAS related to the use of tram number 516, the technical documentation of all Czech trams and certain personnel files of employees.

Documentation related to expert supervision of tram traffic by GRAS is exempted from the Ministry of Transport of CS. The aforementioned activities are carried out as part of the investigation into the tram accident.

At the same time, as part of the verification of the allegations from the application concerning the public procurement of magnetic brakes, searches are carried out in the premises of the company “Vikler-Promet” at two locations. In connection with the aforementioned application, the documentation is also exempted from GRAS, announced the CS Prosecutor’s Office.
