Conference in Banja Luka on Insurance and Banking

bankarstvoThe Association of Economists of the RS (Swot), in cooperation with the RS Insurance Agency and the Insurance Supervisory Agency of the FBiH is organizing from 23-24 May in Banja Luka a conference called “Current Topics In the Field of Insurance and Banking”.

They will discuss the European Directive and practices on insurance brokerage in the EU and the region, legal framework in the RS and FBiH and interpretation of existing confusion in the area of insurance brokerage and relationships between brokers and insurance agencies.

They will talk about the European Directive regarding the protection of consumers of financial products and the BiH legal framework, experiences of the Ombudsman in the Agency for Banking and Insurance of the RS, developments in case law and amendments to the Banking Act in the part on consumer protection.
