In Sarajevo, will be held on 19th July, the 10th Conference of Ministers of Justice of BiH, the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH and the Judicial Commission of Brčko District of BiH.
Joint work of the Ministers of Justice of BiH, the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutor Council of BiH and the Judicial Commission of Brcko District of BiH will focus on the implementation of the Action Plan of the Strategy for the reforms on Justice Sector in BiH, which was adopted in 2008 by the Council of Ministers of BiH, entity governments and the Judicial Commission of Brčko District of BiH.
Ministers will consider the reports of so far results, of the Functional Working Groups and the Technical Secretariat for the implementation of the Strategy for reforms in Justice Sector of BiH, as well as the reports of the previous work on the development of the Strategy for Justice Sector Reform in BiH 2014-2018, and make recommendations for overcoming the identified problems and the risks in implementing the planned reforms.
