Organized by the Ministry of Economy and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Development Bank (KfW), the international conference ‘economic challenges and chances in Southeast Europe’ will be held on Friday, 7 March. At this conference, high-ranking representatives of German ministries, European and German institutions, representatives of the EU and various companies will focus on the recent developments at the macroeconomic level in Europe, and their impact in countries in Southeast Europe.
Through a panel discussion, they will talk about the maintenance of macroeconomic stability as one of the policy priorities, as well as the importance of further development for companies in Southeast Europe and German investors.
In addition, they will speak about the current situation in bilateral economic relations between Germany and B&H, and of German development initiatives for the support of the private sector in Southeast Europe. The main goals of the conference will be to encourage companies in this part of Europe, German and foreign investors and to point out the economic conditions and opportunities in Southeast Europe, announced the representatives of the Germany economy in B&H.
