The Democratic Youth Movement, as part of their regular activities on the project named ”Via EU” and after the successfully organized study visit to Strasbourg and to World Forum for Democracy, is engaged in another study visit for youth and professionals, which will take place in Brussels from 5 until 11 May.
The aim is to celebrate 9 May, Europe Day and to give the opportunity to citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to visit the capital of the European Union and to meet the institutions of the EU, NATO and the International Court for the Former Yugoslavia in the Hague.
Furthermore, another aim is to send a message to domestic as well as to European politicians. The important thing is to perceive Bosnia and Herzegovina as a European state and as a part of the European family which cultivates a European culture and customs.
On behalf of the organization, it is said that they consider it important that B&H deserves its place in Europe and its citizens deserve to be treated like all other fellow citizens of EU countries, as well as other countries around the world.
