The news that the first sit-down comedian Jasmin Džemiđić had died was received with disbelief. He was in serious health condition, and the exact cause of his death is still unknown, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

Dzemidzic always made people laugh, and often with black humor. He also was always in the mood for a story.

He was born with polio, which is why he was in a wheelchair, but that didn’t stop him from pursuing what he loves and realizing his dreams.

He was just making jokes out of his own situations. He was also an activist for the rights of persons with disabilities. He clearly and loudly pointed out discrimination and the impossibility of movement, especially in the capital of BiH.

Social networks are full of farewell messages from Jasmin’s friends, colleagues and admirers of his work, but also from all those who loved his sincere smile.
