The construction of a new residential and office building on Marijin Dvor, with 43 luxury apartments, has begun. The completion of the construction is planned for March of next year, and the total value of the investment is 15 million KM.

The project would change the current look of this neighborhood in the center of Sarajevo, and is led by companies SEIC, whose majority owners are German company 3Y GMBH and shareholders from Arab countries.

It will have seven floors with 42-luxury apartments. According to the investors, the modern building will provide a completely new visual look and silhouette to this part of Sarajevo, which is being developed and modernized quickly. The apartments will be from 54 to 116 square meters, with 57 parking spaces located in two underground floors, as well as commercial space on the ground floor.

Sarajevo-based architectural company ahA + knAp Arhitekti, led by Kenan Brčkalija and Adnan Harambašić, are responsible for the planning and architectural oversight of the building and the work will be conducted by Strabag.
