sarajevo_stanicaThis year, Centrotrans Eurolines will begin with extremely expensive and complicated project that Sarajevo citizens, as well as all travelers to this city, have been long expecting.

The completion of all preparatory work related to the construction of new bus stations is planned, which entails the main project, obtaining building permits and site preparation.

‘’By the end of 2014, we plan to provide all the necessary documentation, and construction and investment will start after the end of negotiations with interested partners for joint investment. The planned start of construction is 2015, and the end of works for the end of 2015’’, said Aida Smajić from the Press Office of Centrotrans Eurolines, and reported by Oslobođenje. The center will be located on the area of the present bus station in Sarajevo.

On this site, a new, modern bus station will be built, which will have a hotel with 150 rooms, commercial and transportation center of 37.000 square meters, underground garage with 400 parking spaces, and other necessary facilities. The demolition of the bod building will take place, and the construction of a new and modern center.
