The Chairman of the Municipal Council Centar Sarajevo Nedzad Ajnadzic and the advisor to the municipal Mayor Mustafa Resic met yesterday with the President of the Bosnian-Hungarian Society Marika Strack and her associates, who expressed interest in investments in the area of that municipality of Sarajevo.
Ajnadzic and Resic presented several capital projects for future investors, such as the construction of sports-recreational center on Zlatiste, the reconstruction of the stadium Asim Ferhatovic Hase on Kosevo with the construction of hotel and business centers of infrastructure, then the construction on underground garages near the National Theater and on Ciglane, and the construction of business center at the locality of the current parking near the City market Markale.
“The experts are to arrive in Sarajevo tomorrow who will, after detailed analysis on possible investments, propose investment projects at the territory of the Municipality Centar which would be funded from the funds of the EU”, said Resic.
He added that the realization of these projects would represent significant investments and raising of the standard for the citizens in Sarajevo, since the BH companies would be engaged in the construction of the facilities, and the citizens of Sarajevo would be employed at the built complexes.
The guests from Hungary expressed interest in opening an office for business incubator at the territory of the Municipality Centar, with which they would facilitate the procedure of the arrival of foreign investors in Sarajevo, while the Municipality Centar offered giving municipal business space for rent under favorable conditions, announced the Municipality Centar Sarajevo.
