The new court facility should be built at the site of the current facility of the House of Armed Forces, thus providing a long-term solution for spatial needs of the court and that is one of more significant objectives of VSTV BiH with the aim of improving efficiency of courts.

Estimated costs of the facility construction amount to around 2.8 million EUR, and the main financer should be the EU Delegation through IPA funds.

Government of Sweden and Government of Norway are supporting this project through the Project of improving efficiency of judiciary by financing the preparation of project documentation.
