sarajevotowerIn Sarajevo neighborhood of Pofalici, at Kolodvorska Street, started construction of residential and business premises in Sarajevo Tower after more than two years. Once they resolved all the property-rights disputes, the construction of the largest residential building in BiH has started.

Although the Minister of Physical Planning and Environment of Canton Sarajevo Cedomir Lukic earlier said that construction will start this summer, we started with the realization earlier.

The project of construction of the residential and commercial building was presented on the 7th of April 2015, and after numerous lawsuits, appeals and administrative disputes, everything is resolved and the final zoning approval was finally issued.

Sarajevo Tower is an investment of 100 million BAM, which Bosnian ANS Drive will share with a Kuwaiti company Smart Invest.
