Construction Sector Employed 7.502 People in January

Data from the Federal Employment Services shows that the value of construction works in the FBiH for January 2013, compared to the average value last year, is less by 32.3 percent, while in the same month last year it was higher by 28.9 percent.

In January 2013 the total amount of construction work was worth 44.228.000 KM, from which 38.7 percent was on completion of high-rise buildings, and 61.3 percent on low-rise buildings.

The effective hours for January 2013 amounted to 1.026.268, from which 41.9 percent was on high-rise buildings and 58.1 percent on low-rise buildings.

The number of workers in January 2013 in the FBiH totaled 7.502, from which 42.6 percent was on high-rise buildings and 57.4 percent on low-rise buildings.
