Consumer prices in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in February increased by an average of 0.6 percent compared to the previous month, while annual inflation amounted to 1.1 percent.
Transportation, restaurants and hotels are on average more expensive by 2.1 percent compared to January, alcoholic beverages and tobacco by 0.8 percent, housing, water, electricity, gas and other energy sources, and recreation and culture by 0.6 percent, data from the Federal Bureau of Statistics.
Healthcare went up by an average of 0.5 percent, food and soft drinks, and other goods and services by 0.4 percent each, and communications by 0.2 percent.
Clothes and footwear in February are cheaper by 1.8 percent on average compared to January, furniture, household appliances and regular house maintenance by 0.5 percent, while prices in education, on average, did not change.
In February of this year, compared to the same month last year, prices in FBiH increased by 1.1 percent.
