Continuation of the Session of the House of Peoples of FB&H Parliament Today

dom-narodaContinuation of the extraordinary session of the House of Peoples of FB&H Parliament will take place today, whose previous phase took place beginning of June.

Strategic development plan and organization of FB&H Parliament service for the period 2014 -2016 are in the agenda, as well as the draft decision on Parliamentary Joint Service.

Decisions on acceptance of obligations related to Corridor 5-C and realization of the project for building hydroelectric pumping “Vrilo”, as well as the project on construction of hydroelectric “Janjići” are next discussions of the agenda.

Delegates approved a set of federal anti corruption legislation including the Law on the Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime, and the law on the confiscation of illegally acquired property in the first part of the session held on 5 June. They approved changes to the current criminal legislation of the Federation. 

Also on 5 June, they approved the appointment of Judge Mirjana Čučković at the Council for the protection of vital national interest, which operates in the Constitutional Court of the FB&H.
