The Cooperation Plan between the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Association of Military Diplomatic Representatives in Bosnia-Herzegovina for 2020 was signed on Wednesday.
The plan was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of BiH by Zoran Sajinovic, Assistant Minister of Defense for International Cooperation, and on behalf of the Association of Military and Diplomatic Representatives in BiH, Brigadier Zarko Henigman, doyen of the Association, military attaché of the Republic of Slovenia in BiH.
Sajinovic thanked the Association of Military and Diplomatic Representatives in BiH for very good cooperation. He stressed that the 2020 Plan represents a good base for cooperation and the expectation that Bosnia-Herzegovina will be given the opportunity to be a partner in larger projects.
Brigadier Henigman emphasized that the signing of the Plan is a kind of message of the Association’s commitment to cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of BiH, exchange of knowledge and experience, and assistance of BiH to its Euro-Atlantic path.
The plan envisages the realization of 20 joint activities, which are divided into four areas: protocol activities, unit visits, attendance at round tables and briefings, as well as social, cultural and religious activities.
The signing was attended by Colonel Kai-Uwe Napel, Deputy Doyen of the Association, Military Attaché of the Federal Republic of Germany and Colonel Elmir Mahmutbegovic, Senior Expert Associate for Foreign Military Attaches in BiH.
