Coordination of Veterans’ Alliances: Borders of BiH remain as they have been for Centuries

The Coordination of Veterans’ Associations of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) said that the authors of existing, non-existent letters and mappers must know one thing, and that is that peaceful disintegration of BiH is not possible, and never will be. They say that the borders of BiH remain as they have been for centuries.

“On political issues, especially those inter-party clashes, we as former fighters of the Army of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ARBiH), gathered in the Coordination of Veterans’ Alliances of BiH, rarely announce ourselves. However, this time we are obliged to do so because even though it is a matter of politics, it dangerously encroaches on the sovereignty of our one and only state of BiH, ” it was stated in the announcement from this organization.

As they note, many times so far throughout history on various pieces of paper and maps, new borders of our state of BiH have been drawn, and thanks to patriots, they have remained the same as they have been for centuries.

“Milosevic and Tudjman started to redraw the borders of BiH on papers and maps in 1992, but they were prevented from doing so by honorable members of the ARBiH, led by Supreme Commander Alija Izetbegovic. True, the preservation of the state within its borders was expensive. A lot of martyr’s blood was shed, the blood of veterans soaked the entire surface of the state of BiH. And precisely because of that bloodshed in the period of 92-95, we, the surviving fighters of ARBiH, consider that we mist protect our homeland within these borders, ” the statement states.

They say, the authors of existing, non-existent letters and mappers must know one thing, and that is that there can be no peaceful separation of BiH.

“Someone who tries to tear our homeland apart by force will have to face again all pro-Bosnian forces, patriots, and all people who love their country, and there are many of us like that. We do not want war, but we will defend ourselves and our homeland from anyone who tries to endanger the sovereignty and territorial integrity of BiH. All external and internal enemies should know that” as the Coordination of Veterans’ Alliances of BiH announced, Klix.ba writes.
