As the Sales Program Manager in Oracle for South-East Europe Filios Papastylianou said for the business portal eKapija.ba, a complete cloud solution based on Oracle cloud is offered.

“The HCM software solution facilitates the discovery and development of human resources, and is an easier way of retaining the best people in the company. The company integrates social networks in order to facilitate teamwork, and also provides information about employees for each department. This application enables employees to work from every device”, said Papastylianou.

He highlighted that the general benefit of the cloud technology is that it helps companies in offering a whole new range of products and services, and it helps in fast-growing business and enables easier implementation of innovations.
