Council of Ministers consider Information on the Problems of Transporters

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled to consider information on the problems of transporters today, proposed by the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On the proposed agenda is the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations on the termination of the decision on the appointment of the Legal Team for the development of a strategy for the legal protection of the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the issue of the disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel at the Trgovska Gora location.

The ministers are also expected to consider the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure, prepared by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the Draft Agreement on Amendments to the Agreement on Financing the Serbia-BiH Cross-Border Cooperation Programme for the period from 2021 to 2027 between the EU, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

The Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the proposer of the decision on approving entry and residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina under special conditions and the decision on the obligation to provide biometric data of foreigners, which are also on the proposed agenda of today’s session.

Several items related to appointments are also scheduled to be considered, including the proposal of the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH on the appointment of the Supervisory Board of the Institute for Missing Persons of BiH, and the proposal of the Archives of BiH on the appointment of the Archival Council of BiH.

At the proposal of the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, the ministers are expected to consider the Proposal for a Rulebook on the Amendment of the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the Office of the Agent of the Council of Ministers of BiH before the European Court of Human Rights.

The session is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. in the building of the institutions of BiH.
