At an extraordinary telephone session, the Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Program of Economic Reforms of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2022-2024 (PER BiH 2022-2024), which was proposed by the Directorate for Economic Planning.

The Program of Economic Reforms 2022-2024 was prepared according to the guidelines of the European Commission on the basis of contributions submitted by the competent institutions at the state and entity level according to the Proposed Action Plan, and was agreed with the entity coordinators.

The economic reform program is focused on the macroeconomic and fiscal framework, and structural reforms in the period 2022-2024.

The key reform measures in the BiH PER until 2024 are in line with the Framework for the Realization of the Sustainable Development Goals in BiH and include good governance and management of the public sector, an equal opportunities society and smart growth.

The Directorate for Economic Planning will submit PER BiH 2022-2024 to the Directorate for European Integration for submission to the European Commission by March 25 this year, according to a statement from the Council of Ministers of BiH.
