At the session scheduled for today, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the new text of the Proposal for the Decision on the Approval of the Program for Marking Important Dates in the Field of Human Rights in BiH for 2026, proposed by the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH.
The proposal of the decision on approval of entry and stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina under special conditions, proposed by the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, should also be considered.
The Ministers should also have a Proposal for a Decision on amending the Decision on determining the amount of a special salary supplement for police officers in police bodies of BiH and civil servants in the State Agency for Investigations and Protection who perform tasks that are directly related to operational-investigative tasks, as well as a Proposal for a Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on a salary supplement for employees of the Directorate for Indirect Taxation.
The report on the execution of the Budget of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the international obligations of BiH for 2025 is also one of the planned items on the agenda.
The Report on negotiations for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Agreement on Amendments to the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on border crossings and the Draft Annex to the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on joint locations at border crossings for a joint location at the Rača 2 – Sremska Rača 2 border crossing, held in Sarajevo, should be considered.
Ministers should, among other things, consider the Draft Opinion on the Draft Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court of Appeal of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
