The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has scheduled a hearing for Monday, December 6th, at which the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the acting director of the “Official Gazzette” of the RS Miloš Lukić should plead guilty to the indictment for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in BiH Christian Schmidt.

According to the schedule published on the website of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dodik and Lukić should plead guilty between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., before judge Jasmina Ćosić Dedović, whose exemption was previously requested by the defense attorney of the RS president.

Yesterday, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected as unfounded the objections of the defenders of the President of the RS and the acting director of the “Official Gazette”.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the “Official Gazette”, Miloš Lukić, for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dodik’s lawyers stated in their objections that the criminal offense for which Dodik was accused does not exist, “because Schmidt is illegal”.

Previously, the requests of Dodik’s defense for the disqualification of judge Jasmina Dedović Ćosić were rejected twice.

The main hearing in the proceedings against the President of the RS and the acting director of the “Official Gazette” will be conducted by a single judge who will be selected through the System for Automatic Case Management – CMS system.

The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska previously adopted laws regarding the non-publication of the decisions of the High Representative and the non-application of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Schmidt then made a decision to annul them.

Dodik signed the decree on the entry into force of these laws, and Lukić published them in the “Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska”, Srna reports.

Zoran Milanovic, the president of Croatia, defended Milorad Dodik, who is scheduled to appear before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) on Monday, together with Milos Lukic, director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska (RS), due to the decision not to publish the decisions of the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt. Milanovic says that the international community is causing damage to BiH.

“It is an attempt by the Americans and the English to destroy him and then bring real Chetniks to power. Therefore, these people are only doing damage in BiH. Dodik is a representative of the Serbian people, he was elected legally and fairly. His party won a convincing victory. He won by 30,000 votes. Hands off! Try something in Palestine and Ukraine if you are able,” Milanovic points out.

He also spoke about Komsic‘s disagreements with Israel’s ambassador to BiH.

“Let him say what he wants. The right to self-defense is not the right to massacre and revenge. These are some Biblical rules that we copied from the Jews, the Muslims from us and the Jews, the Jews from the Babylonians, the Babylonians from the Assyrians, the Assyrians from the Sumerians. Those are the rules of revenge. And that is in our books”, explained Milanovic, N1 reports.
