The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has 15 days to decide on the indictment brought by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, acting director of the Official Gazette of the RS.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina stated for BHRT that the provisions of the Law on Criminal Procedure prescribe that the deadline for deciding on the indictment is up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the indictment, and that during that period the judge for the preliminary hearing will consider the indictment.

Let us remind you that the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik and Acting Director of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska Miloš Lukić, charging them with the criminal offense of failure to implement the decisions of the High Representative from the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dodik signed the decree on the promulgation of the law on the non-publication of the decisions of the high representative in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska, and the decree on the promulgation of the law on the non-implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the territory of that entity.
