In Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo believes that this year there will be no problems with the supply of gas to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because Energoinvest has signed an annex to the contract for the supply of natural gas with the Russian supplier Gazprom Export until the end of 2023.

“After that, we expect a new annex for the next period. Also, we do not expect any problems with gas supply in the next gas year,” was stated to Fena news agency from Energoinvest.

As they pointed out, due to the method of determining the price of gas on a quarterly basis, and based on the movement of input parameters in the past nine months, it is still early for forecasts in which direction the price will move from October to the end of 2023.

“We will see how the price of gas will move in the last quarter of 2023 as soon as we have concrete information and the public will be informed in a timely manner,” said Energoinvest.

They reminded that “the price of gas from suppliers to distributors from January 2023 until today, i.e. until the end of the third quarter of 2023, was reduced by 37.4 percent compared to the price from the last quarter of 2022”.
