RS nationa assemblyCroat Caucus in the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska (RS) did not veto the decision of the RS National Assembly on referendum on Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

Head of Croat Caucus Željko Stipić (HSP) explained at the press conference in Banja Luka that three Croat delegates were against the decision on referendum and four were abstained, which means there were not enough votes to launch the issue of protection of vital national interest to the decision.

“Unfortunately, two Croats from HDZ were not against decision on referendum and Croat returnees in RS should know that, and we from the other political option are against referendum,“ stated Stipić, who said he is against decision on referendum, as well as delegates Tomislav Tomljanović (HSP) and Mijo Perkunić (HDZ 1990).

Delegates Ivo Kamenjašević (HDZ) and delegates from SNSD, that is, SP, were abstained.

Bosniak Caucus in the RS Council of Peoples is in session and the Caucus is expected to veto the decision of the RS National Assembly on Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
