Croatia Said Goodbye to Kemal Monteno: His songs Will Live Forever

kemal monteno počastNumerous friends and colleagues said goodbye for the last time today to the famous Bosnian singer and song-writer Kemal Monteno at the cemetery Mirogoj in Zagreb. Ivo Josipović, former president of Croatia also attended.

Siniša Škarica and Rade Šerbedžija who recited this singer’s famous song ‘Dušo moja’ gave speeches.

Last tribute to the deceased colleague who will be buried on Wednesday January 28th at the cemetery Bare in Sarajevo was given by almost the entire Croatian music scene: Željko Bebek, Dražen Žerić Žera, Boris Novković, Arsen Dedić, Gabi Novak, Tereza Kesovija, members of the band Novi fosili, Aki Rahimovski, Sandi and many other artists.
