After extensive investigative actions, team expert assessments, and a large amount of evidence collected, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office has filed an indictment against Adnan Kasapović, a tram driver, for a serious criminal offense against public transport safety and endangering public transport. The indictment has been forwarded to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo.
After the prosecutor’s office receives the court decision, the public will be informed in detail about all relevant information.
At the same time, in relation to the allegations of the anonymous report and media captions about servicing magnetic brakes, a video surveillance system and marketing contracts for renting advertising space in tram vehicles, after conducting checks and analyzing evidence, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office issued an order not to conduct an investigation, since the reported acts are not criminal offenses, the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo announced.
