Custody Requested for Azra Miletić, Ramo Brkić and Senad Šabić

azra2Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for one-month custody to be ordered upon Azra Miletić, judge of the Court of BiH, suspected of receiving bribe or other form of benefits and violation of law, and Ramo Brkić and Senad Šabić, who are suspected of giving bribe, FENA was told at the state prosecutor’s office.

Ramić, Šabić and Miletić were arrested on Wednesday within an operation “Hammer”, on orders of the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of BiH, within which the members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) searched three locations.

In the meantime, the suspects were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, where they were examined by the acting prosecutor in this case.

Court of BiH will decide on the motion of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH for custody within the legal deadline.
