Death Toll climbs to 46 in Bosnia and Herzegovina

At the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS) in the afternoon, 58 samples was tested for coronavirus, seven of which were positive. It is expected that about 400 people will be tested on Friday.

As KCUS director Sebija Izetbegovic confirmed for Klix.ba, one infected person is from Visoko, while six are from Gorazde. Four patients were released today from the Pulmonary Diseases and Tuberculosis Clinic at Podhrastovi in Sarajevo.

A new coronavirus case was confirmed in Mostar in the afternoon and the patient is from Grude and he is connected to a cluster from Siroki Brijeg. The total number of coronavirus cases in Bosnia and Herzegovina has now climbed to 1,189. Of these, 322 persons were recovered and 46 died.
