Delegation from BiH at “Countering Serious Crime in the Western Balkans” Meeting

The Delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina, headed by the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić, participated at the meeting of the Steering Committee of the IPA 2017 Project – ‘Countering Serious Crime in the Western Balkans’, which takes place in Roma.

The meeting was attended by representatives of judicial and police institutions and agencies from the countries in the region, as well as international organizations.

Central topics pertained to the continuation of the project and plans for future actions in the fight against organized and cross-border crime, in the activities involving institutions from several countries.

All the representatives of the respective institutions supported the continuation of the project for the purpose of an efficient prosecution of such types of cases as possible.

Along with its partner institutions from the countries in the region, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is participating in more than thirty (30) international operations in the common fight against cross-border crime, all with an aim of bringing Bosnia and Herzegovina closer to European integrations.
