Demobilized Soldiers from Bihać Helping to Clean Maglaj

Bihać soldiersOver a hundred demobilized soldiers and youth last night at midnight went to clean Maglaj, at the initiative of Organization of Defenders of B&H of Municipality Bihać and with the support of Municipality Bihać.

This action is a confirmation that Bihać citizens are ready to help vulnerable areas and citizens of flooded areas in our country.

Bihać municipality sent 200 packages for citizens of Maglaj, and according to Hamdija Abdić-Tigar, the President of Organization,  the departure of demobilized soldiers to Maglaj shows determinations and readiness of Bihać citizens that in every moment to be available for B&H citizens who need help.

The Mayor Emdžad Galijašević escorted last night demobilized soldiers of Bihać. He thanked all the people of Bihać that have helped in the cleaning action of Maglaj.

“Municipality Bihać was the first to react and to assist citizens of Maglaj, Šamac, Brčko and Bijeljina. The most important is to go organized in the cleaning action of cities which have been flooded”, said Galijašević, announced Municiplaity Bihać.
