The Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Denis Zvizdić called on EUFOR or NATO to deploy their soldiers in Brčko District.

“I repeat and call, for the umpteenth time, for the urgent deployment of EUFOR or NATO soldiers to the area of Brčko district of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the most effective response to Dodik’s war ideas about the secession of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the RS entity,” wrote Zvizdić.

He would emphasize that it would be a preventive activity aimed at preserving peace and stability in BiH, the region and the European Union.

We remind you that the president of the entity Republika Srpska Milroad Dodik said that everything is ready for the declaration of independence of the RS and that he will do so in the event that the high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina imposes a decision on state property.

These announcements were followed by reactions from both pro-Bosnian politicians and the US embassy and officials, Klix.ba reports.
