Deputy High Representative addressed a Group of University Students from Germany

Principal Deputy High Representative Michael Scanlan addressed a group of university students from Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina attending Konrad-Adenauer Foundation’s seminar on perspectives of BiH’s European integrations. PDHR Scanlan talked about the political and socio-economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the role of the OHR.
