developers arenaBusiness Innovation Zoo (Bizoo) and HUB387 have organized a full day local conference entitled “#Developers Arena” for around 200 developers held in the offices of Academy 387 in the Bosmal City centre on July 12th.

The principal subject of this conference was meeting and following the latest global IT development trends as well as creating a dynamic and powerful IT community in B&H.

The organizers have agreed on the fact that B&H IT society should be aware of its internal problems and collaborate more in the process of creating a community and providing free transfer of information for developers, freelancers and IT and ICT companies.

The conference started with the opening word of Edin Mehić, founder of Bizoo, about the Silicon Valley – famous at the beginning by gold and hippies and later as one of the world’s largest technology corporations.

“It feels amazing to hold this speech in front of 200 engineers on Saturday morning at 09 o’clock. This conference represents a great deal of energy, openness and readiness to build the best possible culture and environment for innovations and progress in B&H.” – said Edin Mehić.

After introduction speech  many great presentations held by Admir Tuzović, Damir Zekić, Ferid Ajanović, Ceco Gaković and Fariz Saračević were held as well.

Later on various panel discussions were held in which numerous professionals like Edin Saračević, Edin Mehić, Enis Šahinović, Miro Svrtan, Boris Ostojić, Senad Uka, Muamer Ribica and others participated.

Developers Arena event is supported by USAID (United States Agency for International Development) through the Partnership for innovations project (www.innovation.ba).
