govorimo_o_mogucnostima_web_RRThe public broadcasters of B&H, BHRT, FTV and RTRS will broadcast a jointly dialog show of 10 episodes “We speak of possibilities”.

This show will be transmitted on BHRT every Friday, at 19.30, and the first episode will be transmitted on 3 January 2014. After BHRT, RTRS and FTV will transmit the show, at the foreseen time-frame.

The production of the TV show “We speak of possibilities, join us” is supported by UNICEF, in partnership with USAID and EU delegation in B&H, within the campaign with the same title, that aims to improve knowledge and to change attitudes and practices of the general population towards children with disabilities and their families.

The topic of this show is designed for the general public of B&H, concerning children who were born with disabilities, possibilities of early detection and early interventions, support services to families, inclusion in education and in society.

The campaign was created as a response to the results of research that UNICEF conducted during summer 2013. This research revealed, among other things, that only 9 percent of people in B&H has the opportunity to regularly meet children with disabilities and most of the information they receive is through media.

Media campaign has been running from July 2013, including billboards, TV programs and special events, which will complement the program “Strengthening system of social protection and inclusion in B&H”, financed by EU since 2008, in the amount of 4.6 million Euros from the IPA funds.
