Diplomatic Winter Bazaar, the biggest charity event of the year, is organized by members of the diplomatic community operating in Sarajevo, with the participation of the local business community in order to allow citizens to try food from around the world and buy unusual gifts and items in one place.

This is also a great opportunity for people from all cultures to get together and help children with special needs, as well as children in need.

Adults will enjoy the experience of flavors from all around the world, and they will have the opportunity to buy tickets for an instant lottery ticket, (at a price of 5 BAM), which brings valuable prizes, such a: vacations, gift cards for restaurants, spas, entertainment and many other activities.

Visitors can taste food and drink from around the world, buy lottery tickets ( 5 KM each) for over 700 prizes that include holidays, gift certificates for restaurants, spas, entertainment, and much, much more.

Most importantly, all the money that visitors spend on the bazaar will go to humanitarian organizations that support children in BiH.

Wife of Italian Ambassador to BiH, Annarita Lippiello, reminded that last year’s bazaar had collected a record amount of BAM 200,000, and that the money had been used to assist 20 different humanitarian organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Lippiello also said that participation of some 40 embassies and international organizations, as well as approximately 70 private companies as exhibitors, would provide a unique opportunity to taste exotic dishes and beverages, but also to purchase unique handicrafts.

Members of the Organization Board of the Winter Diplomatic Bazaar expressed their satisfaction with results achieved last year and said that they hoped this year’s results would be even better.

This year’s Winter Diplomatic Bazaar will be held on December 1 from 1100 to 1700 hrs in ‘Mirza Delibasic’ sports hall.
