Do Not Miss Out on Good Movies and Great Fun On Day Before End of SFF

SFFThe day before the end of the SFF will be filled with an array of good films in a variety of genres, as well as a fun evening.

In summer cinema !hej the film ‘Vadiona’ will be shown by director Ante Novaković, at 20:30, and the price for one ticket is 8 KM.

After they disappoint their criminal leader from another dimension, the two petty criminals and friends will discover that redemption is far. They are unable to perform a task that seems simple, and get the opportunity for forgiveness in the form of a text message-redemption, but at what cost?

The film ‘Vuk’ by Bogdan Mustat will be shown as part of the competition program. The screening will take place at 11:30 and 20:00 in the National Theatre. The film follows a young hero Wolf who feels trapped in his world. He is in love with Clara, but she is in a relationship with several other men. His mother is also in a relationship with a man, and because of this Wolf begins to think more about his dead father and how much he misses him. He believes everything would be different if he were alive.

Today, the In Focus film is ‘Panihida’ that will be shown at 16:00 in the National Theatre.

An elderly woman in Moldova is dying, and she has a son Petar and grandson Anisoar. In keeping with tradition, the entire village pities her and says farewell. After a vigil during a stormy night, everyone goes to the grave. Older men carry heavy suitcases over rocky paths to the sacred mountain. The sun is high in the sky and the path appears endless, but there is wine to quench thirst and songs to alleviate sadness. Thus, it is in this landscape that beauty and happiness mixes with sadness and life still goes on after death.

In Kino Meeting Point the French film ‘Blue is the Warmest Color’’ will be shown. It is about a girl called Adele whose life changes when she meets Emma, a girl who helps her become a woman. The film can be seen at 12:00, and the price is 5 KM.

Another French movie will be shown at Meeting Point at 15:00 called ‘Three exercises of interpretation’, and at 18:00 the Swedish film by director Mans Mansson called ‘Roland Hassel’ will be shown.

In summer cinema Vatrogasac at 21:00 the film ‘Classes of Harmony’ will be shown. The price of a ticket is 6 KM.

At Laško Summer Nights, the film ‘Broken Circle Breakdown’ will be shown at 21:15. The price of a ticket is 5 KM.

At Sarajevo Music Stage tonight the band from Vinkovci Majke and the Sarajevo band Skroz will perform.

At City Pub, DJ Valida will perform, and in Art Kino Kriterion Sajsi MC and DJ Brko will perform.

At Mucha Lucha Open Air Summer Festival the Croatian hip-hop band Kandzija & Toxara will perform, with the support of DJ Pipsa and Zupanyja, as well as TBA as a special surprise.

In Laško Summer Lounge Bar Alexander Zimmerman aka DJ Zimbo will hold a performance and GogoBa at the Shatro Film Festival. In Club Underground, at the Sarajevo Rock Festival, The Leftovers will have a concert, and DJ Picka a Boo in club Hacienda.
