SNSD President Milorad Dodik stated that after 30 years, the formal position of the High Representative should be abolished and that he supports the policy of the new US administration that decisions must be in the hands of the people, or the representatives they elected.
Regarding the new State Department report stating that the era of state-building in the Balkans is coming to an end, that it wants to strengthen local leaders to solve their own problems, Dodik emphasized that this is very important and encouraging, Srna writes.
“It is important that we have been hearing for a long time. Trump said that they would stop building states, and we saw that they would stop building a satrapy called BiH. That they would stop building nations, which means that they would not insist on Bosnians or Bosniaks. The US position is clearly visible, which is to stop funding various non-governmental organizations that were supposed to build states. USAID has fallen silent here, and what remains are relapses of the globalist project in Brussels that are trying to maintain the old attitude towards internal issues,” Dodik said.
After that, he referred to the departure of High Representative Christian Schmidt.
“We saw this Schmidt being kicked out of his political office. Some complain that he didn’t want to, but he had to. He shouldn’t have come there and he needs to return all the money. We will do everything to expose his behavior and we will continue to deal with the issue of his abuses,” he said.
He also said that OHR does not exist as a Dayton category.
“It is normal that after 31 years the function of the high representative should be abolished. The OHR does not exist, it is an auxiliary office of the high representative. They tried to impose themselves as an important official body, which they are not. It does not exist as such and means nothing. The Dayton Agreement recognizes only the high representative, not the OHR,” concluded Dodik.
