Dodik announced an Action Plan towards the State

The parties gathered around the ruling SNSD signed the Action Plan of Political Parties in the Republika Srpska (RS) for state bodies, which was explained by entity president Milorad Dodik at a press conference.

The action plan of political parties in the RS was signed by the political parties that came to Dodik’s recent meeting where they discussed yesterday’s document.

However, SDS gave up and did not want to sign the document because it is not directed at the problem of state property, except for one point which says that the property will be used indisputably as property of the RS.

“This action plan maintains respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as the rights that we obtained through it. With this plan, the RS is undoubtedly entering the process of establishing the previously established competencies that it had under the Dayton Peace Agreement. All points are aimed at strengthening the entity’s competencies”, said Dodik.

It was also agreed that a session of the National Assembly of the RS (NARS) would be held tomorrow, which should make a decision on calling on the Serbian judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH to resign.

“The judges of the Constitutional Court degenerated the basic intention of the signatories of the Dayton Peace Agreement for the Constitutional Court to be the one to confirm whether the laws are in accordance with the Constitution. They took their own responsibilities and abused their position and interfered with the judiciary. We heard these days that they can make decisions. Okay. Those decisions will not apply to us and will not be implemented on the territory of the RS. There should be no dilemma that Bosniak judges work in accordance with the party in which they hold a high position, and not in accordance with the Constitution,” Dodik stated.l, Klix.ba reports.
